Please submit all refund requests no later than 5 days before the original scheduled date and provide at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling. For groups of more than 20 participants seeking a refund, a 14-day notice from the scheduled date is mandatory, and to make any changes to the schedule, a minimum of 7 days from the original scheduled date is required.
Failure to communicate or attend will result in the forfeiture of the opportunity to change dates.
There are absolutely no exceptions to this policy.
