Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 7 or more days before your reservation receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued within 7 days of your reservation, for no-shows, late arrivals, or partially completed packages.
REMINDER: Your reservation starts and ends at the scheduled times — arriving late does not change your end time.
There are absolutely no exceptions to this policy.
